This is a ONE RACE DEAL and shareholders better hope that it doesn't expand into more than that. I read a question here that asked WHO PAID for the sponsorship and the answer would be that all of the shareholders of EXPH paid for it.

I am kind of fuzzy about the legality of taking money from a PUBLICLY TRADED COMPANY and entering into a sponsorship contract for a PRIVATELY HELD COMPANY that does NOT even exist yet!

Yes I am aware that I stated that etc. is not a functioning company and does not really exist yet. Remember that this company is only an illusion so far and will remain as such until shareholders receive their dividend shares in this privately held(as in JD will own it all and can do with it what he wants with no imput whatsoever from any of you that are shareholders there)

Was this put to a vote among the general shareholder base of EXPO?
