Hey JR "those shares will be restricted for three years".

I always had respect for all of your posts. It seemed like you did serious DD. But as for this one all I can say is WHERE DID YOU GET THAT FROM. I read the pr three times very very slowly. And I did not see anything about any three years. So my question to you is can you explain to me and probably others as to why you speak of such 3rd years. thx in advance.
