If it ever came down to an SEC investigation, that would more than likely mean the company had already been destroyed in my opinion. Hence the need.

That's not to say that NEOM will not have any more large percentage gains in the future. I absolutely think it will, but timing them will be very difficult for the common shareholder. YA, on the other hand, will always know how to time the huge gains.
