I don't believe the shares have been delivered to Feltang, they don't show up in the share count, in the O/S

I do believe that the shares have been accounted for, as a draw down to cash...as basically negative working capital!

ERHE's real cash is $21+million....but it is accounted for as $16+million,to account for the shares owed to Feltang, which are monetized at $4.8million.

Feltang will be compensated in shares, not cash...but for accounting purposes the shares must be monetized in the financials.

ERHE has $21+ million in cash!
