Oh, I don't think I can type enouh to explain, so let me just give you the short. YOU CANNOT PATENT BUBBLES. A letter was sent to DK from this company from UK. An immidiate response by the company stated "go frick yourself" cause you can't patent bubbles. Maybe in the UK, but not in the US. Nothing was ever heard again. It is a fact, you can't patent bubbles. I thought you were talking about the trademark. DA owns the trademarks and the formula we produced. We now need names on the labels.
