I agree that cprk either needs the buffer to finish their short term tasks or payment to the bank loan or deposit for ltf no matter what it is cprk has been to long it for it not to succeed. they can always buy back shares in the short term when production has been reached. They would be stupid to just float more at this point without positive results. jmho
