a question for the ASTUTES

because Carnes and gang...got stopped and charged by the sec....
the dtcc..stopped the trading of those companies...involved in the suit...and now those shareholders....again..are suffering losses with their investment.....can this shareholders...some day sue...Carnes and the gang...for all this financial turmoil AND MONETARY LOSSES?
