Because if it ever does come down to litigation or an SEC investigation and enough shareholders clearly voted no, that would say something, would it not? YA is awful and what they've done to this company is thoroughly despicable, but your absolute defeatism is appalling. If you don't want to spend the 3 minutes that it will take to vote "no", then don't. Sheesh.
