Acsell, you said that you had filed a complaint to the SEC the other day, I’m just curious what you list as a violation. Would you please share that with us?

My best guess would be “False and misleading statements” and possibly something to do with Authorized shares. SEC requires accuracy in order to expedite complaint.

Also, if you would, please keep us updated on investigation process. I don’t know if your actions will do any good, but the heat may get Humphries to disclose more detail about the businesses transactions.
