I agree that the FDA seems to be a mess of bureaucracy and red tape but hopefully things are going to improve.

I get the sense they (The FDA) know they have a bad image and what appear to be weak process but hopefully they taking steps to improve and get things in motion which should be good for Imaging3, the Product's before the FDA and the Stock.

It can't get too much worse and it sounds like some big changes at the top and some other processes are being introduced to move things along such as this which is combining Trial Data to shorten approval times. As I said it can't hurt and anything that highlight's the issues and reduces the approval times is a good thing and hopefully works in Imaging3 favor along with other companies who may past the approval process.
