Well...It was very unusual...

For this stock to not trade for one and a half hours in the after-hours session...Though I doubted that a Buy Out, and/or being halted for news pending was the reason it wasn't trading...I've said this before, and I'll say it again...

NO company will make a Buy Out offer until they are SURE that the FDA has approved the NDA for ANX-530...Period!...

There may be offers on the table, but I'm sure there's a condition that 530's NDA gets FDA approval before it moves any further...

If the FDA asks for more data, that will only be a DELAY...But the share price will take a 50% haircut the day that's announced...Just look at what happened to CTIC yesterday...

If the FDA flat out rejects the NDA for 530, this stock will DUMP like there's no tomorrow...Because there will be no tomorrow for this company if that happens...IMO
