The worry is that now nobody can honestly say that we're at max dilution. We could say that before because there weren't any more shares to issue. Now there are 2x as many shares out there as before, and it makes the whole thing (from a shareholder point of view) a bit less appealing. How many companies out there are operating with 1.5B in available shares? I'm asking, because I don't honestly know.
