Eliminating heating cost would be a HUGE draw to attract companies to Berlin. You, more than anyone, knows how cold it gets up in Berlin. Maybe a JV consisting of the city of Berlin, a developer and Laidlaw could come up with a game plan to construct and fill up a green energy industrial park adjacent to the power plant. Turn those 40 jobs into 400 by using the collective brain power of all three entities.
