so heres some dd...im literally going to try to find the company tonight....
-2 bill in revenue => probably a commercial real estate company
-expu is located in miami so my guess is that this company may be in south florida too due to increased ease in completing the transaction.
-its not zip reality they had 3.5 bill
-my guess perhaps is capital realty as they had 800 million ins sales in 2004 or interinvestments....will do more research later
