CCME: What's strange is there are some serious buyers today, have been watching 3-5k blocks go thru all day, but the stock is drifting lower.

Are we experiencing more dillution?? Sure seems that way as the Chi-Osc shows the MMs arent selling much, OBV is going up, yet the Accum/Dist is still heading lower.

What gives!?
