This is the way institutions who buy new shares from companies screw the shareholders.They give out all kinds of positive news to bring the price up so they can Short into the new high prices against the low price they get in the offering.

They just did it with GNVC bringing the stock to a price of 3.34 only to see the stock collapse and the company announce an offering of stock at 2 dollars.

The stock is now 1.68.

The Market is full of criminals who don't get caught.
