I can’t believe what I am reading. Yes I just started posting about this situation today however everything I am stating is pure fact and I am more than happy to back it up.

Like the other poster said "The judgment doesn’t go away with a merger" he is 100% right. I have had many legal people on this.

The other poster that said he spoke to John Gonzales about this and he said there is not a judgment please post me what phone number you reached him on because the one he lists 301-368-9225 is disconnected as are all of the phone numbers listed for GAGI and all of the websites are gone too.

I called Henry Jan at Healthcare of today and he doesn’t pick up his phone left him a VM I would love to talk to his legal counsel.

Next I looked at another PR that has Sutherland Law out of TN listed as legal counsel and I was able to speak with Mr. Sutherland and he hasn’t represented this group in years. He stated that he was forced to withdraw. That almost always means non-payment.

I have posted the link to my judgment for you all to see. Now if you have any other doubts please ask me clearly what sort of proof or docs you want I will be happy to get them for you.
