Why are all the OWVI sells at bid? These guys arent traders,
they are losers taking a loss imo. Not Very Smart.
Buy when others are fearful. That seems to be the case here now.
Bet thursday will be a different story because Financials are
going to be released early this year as Steve said they would be.
