I called him yesterday, this is not done, Tectane at court requested a copy of the 99 year lease agreement. He said, "I don't know why they shouldn't have it." Basically it was delayed another 5-6 months, at that time there will be discovery. He thought it would go to trial in about 12-18 months. Because of the size of the the case, it will get drug out like WAMU's. Everything he told me matched the 6-19-09 pr.
