I'm still as leery as Mike. Heck, I wouldn't put it past this studpid admin to be pumping up the market as much as poss.
Best quote that I heard from lately, "If you think it is possible to grow your way out of this RECESSION, is simple 'voodoo economics." IMO, he's exactly right b/c that has already been done in the first Depression.
Of course this is 2-3 yrs out, imo.
Opinions Welcome, but I would advise to think hard about what is going on in the world and the massive debt, baby-boomers, limited land, infrastructure in total disarray, etc.
