Why not Uplist right to Nasdaq?

You know what I was just thinking. Why wouldn’t MGMT be trying to get on the nasdaq, rather than the OTCBB? Think about it. Before when we were otcbb, all we were missing was share price minimum, correct?

Now if we file, and were good to go on OTCBB, why wouldn’t they just try uplisting to the nasdaq right off the bat, skip the OTCBB??? Think about it. MGMT comes out and shows OS at between 200 million and 350 million, shows phantom air shares at over 1.5 billion, and shows even greater sales than 6 months ago. How could you not make the case that we would be trading at the nasdaq’s minimum bid price absent the INSANE amount of counterfeit shares created by the naked shorts and market makers????

Really makes sense to me.
