btw: I attempted to make the recipe for 'chicken crispies,' or was it 'ridgies;' any way, it was very good. I've had a few weeks of cooking duty these past few months due to my new-born. The dish was a big hit!

PS - the buffet at the Belagio is NOT free... or, at least I paid about $50 per person the last time I was there. I still owe you a dinner.
