Spoke with Mr. Dunhem just now.

Snowed in and couldn't get to the office.

Been in Europe with the Syrei people last week.

Lawyers are talking...this is positive...an offer is on the table with the former lender. If resolved things can get rolling.

Could not say more in specifics, of course.
