Proposed Rules:

Buy stocks that are:
1)On Value Lines Highest Growth List
2)Buy when Timeliness #5

Sell stocks when:
1)No longer covered by Value Line

or
2)Expected 3-5 year growth = less than (x)% (x = 70???)

Should that be Value Lines minimum expected growth or maximum??

ex: A stock has an expected 3-5 year growth of 25-75%. Should we keep it on the list or not?

Just a suggestion

Take the road less traveled. It will make all the difference.
