The chances that the Q reports are not great is very high. Mainly because of the way they file, which is a year prior. So all of this news we see now with their marketing efforts etc over the past several months would not even reflect the numbers till "next" years filing. What we will see in this quarter is from 4th Q last year. And the chances of it being positive with the way the market was last year is pretty slim. All the news we read now is great for them, but in terms of sales/revenue it would not even be reflected till "next" years reports if that is the case.

And the reason you see this flip flopping w lower volume at this point is because some people are playing it safe and taking some profit "prior" to filing (which should be out by the 17th) and waiting, because noone knows exactly what it is going to reflect. And the chances that things are still flat is greater than the chances they have another million in revenue on the books. This is why there are not huge volumes of buys rolling in prior to filing.
