TAP, I agree that any news on the MA plants could boost the PPS significantly. Especially if the news includes revenue and doesn't coinside with any dilution.

Although, I wouldn't be surprised at all if this timeline is not met. With the company's other PR on these projects I would expect news soon, but it may not be within the 120 day limit as suggested in the last PR. In my opinion MBB will try to wrap it up by then, but will not force it if the plan doesn't come together. It may come in early March instead of late Feb. Either way it could be big for the company and the stock.
