OF COURSE! IT IS CLOSE TO 15 MILL..HAS TO BE FULLY DILUTED/CONVERTED CALULATIONS...taking into account that is a bk filing the court would demand to know the details of the fully conv/diluted numbers.....they have to consider the shareholders sooooooooooo
