Does this forever end the question of patents?

The latest packaging for Spongebob at Walmart shows the patent number that applies. Ask a patent attorney how important it is to identify a patent number on your products. Previous packaging didn't show it, so I come to the conclusion that they're learning and improving. Tick, tock! GLTA
