Pedersen Robert G II DIRECTOR (Chief Executive Officer) Purchased on 07/10/08 250,000 shares @ $0.75 = $187,500.00

I purchased this the next day at .65
I sold at $2.23, $5.00, $6.42 and closed out my share at $4.73 on 09/09/2009 when I felt the run was over. ZAGG has since dropped the .ob and is now trading in the mid $2. I am glad I sold and did not get to greedy.

This was a nice run. Remember this was going on right when all other stock we tanking and the DOW hit the lows.
