Noted Surf, my question then would be, what possibly could they have performed for a company that has done absolutely nothing. I am not doubting your knowledge of this company nor you memory of the history. I am inclined to believe they had to make an investment, but as you say they could have been compensated. One thing is for sure, I'm not re-investing yet I'll have to see more than a couple 13g before that happens.
