CRITICAL VIDEO For Board RWE/BEHL synergy play

Board,
From time to time I go back and re-visit my historical files. When Behl/RWE were in merger talks I started to aggressively research RWE (Phone calls/Internet/Publications Etc.) Here is a video with Rick Armstrong that I had saved and the timing of this is HUGE for both Behl and RWE. I, like BIG BAKE, believe there is alot going on behind the scenes between RWE and Behl. You throw Siemens into the mix being a fortune 100 global company with a 74 Billion Mkt Cap and their technology then things are really beginning to take shape.

Go into a quiet room and turn up the volume because Rick Armstrong talks very low.

I found two key issues here on how RWE/Behl can generate massive revenue in just one MARKET.

1.) RWE has in place the technology to generate revenue/profits within a year of this video being taped. RWE can commercialize in 1-2 years NOT 5-10 years !!!!!!

2.) Most importantly the synergy of RWE/Behl to hit a grand slam
working together. Biomass turned into fuel --- Fuel turned into electricity. Pay close attention to the ROI as the capacity's increase

A.) A 1.6 megawatt venture equates to a return on the investment (ROI) of 12.84 % for the customer (RWE has this venture in process from what Rick says).

B.) A 5.0 megawatt venture ROI is around 16 %

C.) A 10.0 - 20.0 megawatt venture ROI is around 20 - 22 %

D.) RWE wants to grow algae to turn into fuel to burn and generate electricity. And who better to partner up with than Behl. And why ? Because Behl has proven that their PBR's are the most agile, lowest cost, highly efficient PBR'r on the market. RWE needs acres of PBR's to generate larger megawatt deals that result in higher ROI's. The bigger the PBR output the larger the RETURN ON THE INVESTMENT.
