Cjzak, I din't think that Neustar was "representing" NEOM but was using NEOM's IP to send Direct campaigns and that NEOM would share in the proceeds of ALL campaigns run through Nuestar in the USA and Mexico.

I think of it this way: NEOM owns of the patent for texting (I wish) and Neustar is the Clearinghouse for texting and pays NEOM for every text.

If Neustar becomes the Clearinghouse will it be good for NEOM?
