Back on the subject of 'stocks' & 'Nanotech'......out of the myriad of nanotechnologies & research into them , I'm seeing (other than QDots of course) "Graphene" being touted as the most likely to be the next huge breakout tech/material. At this point , it looks to be best suited in for wide uses in the nano-flex electronics & OLED [ LEC ] sectors.
They've made some very impressive progress with this material that , was only discovered 6 years ago (from what I understand). IBM is 'all-over' this research as are a multitude of other companies & institutions. If it could be weeded-out 'who' will be the 'start-up' (if any) that is in the best position to profit from this , this looks to be another 'blow-out' tech.
