What possible reason would someone who got a 400 million + deal want to put it in a stinky pinky shell? That doesn't exactly breed confidence and security among the people or entity that put up that money. Pink Sheet stocks are notoriously scams, why would anyone risk association with one, lol. Sounds like nonsense to me.
