Lehman Brothers Holdings Capital Trust V (LHHMQ)

I want buy some Lehman share, but not sure which ones to get. I have been told CTs and Prefs have a greater chance of a recovery, but they are more expensive. Are the Prefs and CTs share classes equal respectively or are there some that take priority in the eyes of the courts?

I prefer to buy (1) CT, (1) Pref, and the commons in larger quantities, rather than spread smaller amounts among all classes. Bottonline, if there is a recovery for the CT and Pref shareholders, will all of the classes in each group receive equal benefit?

Sorry for the noob questions and appreciate any guidance on this matter.
