A simple one night look at the filings would have lead an honest person to consider the possibility that they would repeat the same pattern. They projected needing $800,000 with a maxed out share structure. They said they were going to use equity resourses to provide this money.
I'm sorry but Ray Charles could see this coming.
I didn't say they might do this or they might do that, I said exactly what they would do, I posted portions of the filings referring to this eventuality. I referred to previous press releases and the way they were used to generate a market to sell into. I will admit the A/S change is a new wrinkle, but I will reserve opinion until I read the facts in a filing. So far all I've seen is a post on a message board. Thats nothing
I know all about trading these "pigs" but if you are honest you will admit that there are newbies being taken advantage of on these boards, I just want to represent a reality, it is for myself, it helps me learn. I stated this was a form of research project for me, and I just want the right to express the facts as I see them. This is either an equal public forum or it isn't.
