You keep saying this. It is an excuse.

Why on earth would the company need to be spun off before they could upgrade the website?

They wouldn't. The spin off will be called etc. The product is the product. You cant provide a single rational reason why they would have to wait.

Distributors want to know that they are going to get support from the manufacturer or Master Distributor. You don't only sell retailers and distributors on your product via sales presentations and handshakes.

We know that the major retailer was being trained


Ummmm.. No we don't. We know nothing. JD has kept everybody in the dark. The only thing we know is that we can't find these things for sale by a distributor or retailer. Anything else is fabricated.
