Well if that is the case, I’m going to have to argue that Spongetech’s Articles of Incorporation are also in question, and that Spongetech isn’t even a company. There is no spongetech.

Its to funny, that we get to pick and chose what SEC filings we use. We use the AS, but not the OS. We question the OS reduction, but its okay to use the 300B AS figure that delt with the split.
