Mr rox, not meant to scare but to make sure the company is dealing with a REPUTABLE equity provider.

You obviously do not understand PIPE's and how certain undesireable individulas have used them.

The price goes UP to over 25 cents, say 27 cents for X equity provider to get 25 cent discounted shares. Meanwhile their "support system" creates much increased stock trading activity, perhaps even pushing price a good bit above 25 or 27 cents. BUT.................THEY have an underground network shorting by the 10's or even 100's of thousands of shares. They then stop equity funding............methodially DUMP their shares, FORCING the price to tank and then their boiler room shorts are covered safely.

This scenario is what the industry calls "Death Spiral Financing", and if shareholders do not demand that said financier is ABOVE BOARD and has a VERIFIABLE SUCCESSFUL TRACK RECORD the unaware are victimized.

I am NOT a basher, but a hard core long term investor. PERIOD.
