Only thing I know is, that at least 50% of the float is held by this board. Out of these holders 50% are those who's average is around 0.001. They are not going to sell before SP reaches their buy price. That further reduces the available shares for trading and float, in real terms, will be further squeezed. That squeeze will propel SP price up faster.

Along with that if company comes out with some real progress on the ground, the chances are we will hit penny within a week or two. IMHO
