ok so if I go to the mall and want to see a movie trailor or listen to a sound clip of a CD and just use the codes for everyday use, who is going to pay?? The answer is the consumer is going to pay!!!

Pay per clic will be just like the cell phone planes used to be.
They will turn into unlimited usage for a flat fee.
