All the questions you ask appear to be for Megas as he is the one with fiduciary responsibility to the shareholders. He isn't talking nor filing so the SEC can validate and verify the share structure of BCIT.
According to Arkait, Megas has no responsibility for the fake shareholders. IMO, Megas did accept responsibility for the fake shareholders once he made the reported deal with Pino for $2 million. Megas supposedly stated this was a mistake while also stating he was just joking. Which is it? You cannot have it both ways.
Megas wants to resolve it his way. DTCC/SEC is resolving it their way. Looks like DTCC and SEC are doing a good job against BCIT and the one with fiduciary responsibility.
