You need to be balanced in your accusations, this is where you are wrong. Just because DTCC was initially wrong, so too was Megas in how he handled the discovery of what DTCC and Pino and Pammy did. However, two wrongs do not make make one wrong and the other right, just because the DTCC was first in commiting a wrong.

Eventually Pammy and Pino were convicted. We are now waiting on justice against the ones with 'fiduciary responsibility' for the failure of BCIT trading. Many are involved here.
