That is why I have asked for a statement to be sure Attaway or any attorney used is not limited to who is pursued. The BCIT fund has the appearance of limiting the search of culprits behind this fiasco, bumbling, and abuse of the financial systems. I do not expect to get any response to this.

But definitely have received responses regarding the accusations of a few selective parties responsible. Why not ask questions of all parties responsible? I think they are afraid to know the whole truth.

I do not liken the scenario of overstock.com to BCIT at all. At least overstock had revenue. That does not limit Megas to the same opportunity to turn BCIT into a legitimate business, but the method's used by both company leaders are definitely different.
