If Megas would have stood up to Pino(and reported him initially) like he has to DTCC and SEC after the fact, IMO, BCIT would not be in this mess.
Hmmm. Sounds like fiduciary responsibility to me. Megas has tried to handle things his way since the beginning and 5 years later BCIT is still no closer to trading.
