I think you are confusing me with WT. I have little evidence of how many shares Aziz owns, but considering how the chart has shaped up in the past, I doubt he owns that many.

Fred on the other hand, has been buying shares at a torrid pace, and has the better part of a Billion shares now.

I think whomever has the most shares, wins, as far as a vote goes. I doubt that Aziz would hand over the reins of the company, just to pull voting rank on the guy that has turned things around.
