Bush Country??? Watch your tongue, boy. Well some of the neighbors do fly the Confederate flag on the back of their pickups and the guns are in the gun racks. You can bet there is a 44 magnum in the door side panel as well.
No really, not where I live. Most people in my subdivision are retired northerners with a few bucks, but if you go to the local towns around here like Inverness or Homossassa Springs, you can bet it is exactly as I described and there are lots of Bush bumper stickers on the back of those pickups. In the deep south it is all about gays, blacks, God and guns. Dems never understood that the economy, Iraq, etc. don't matter one iota here. Preserving the culture or rolling it back is what it is all about and the Republicans know how to speak in the proper code words to reinforce their beliefs.
