If it is against the company, that could be why assets and cash in the bank are so little and non-existant, respectively.

Wouldn't that also possibly explain why he is the CEO of USAcig, while Hop-On appears to be nothing more than an empty shell used for dumping shares?

These are things that a REAL company would immediately clear up and report to shareholders and the investing public.
