HESG'ers dont get caught again please.

tom and his cronies are planning to use this new Organic Science company to deceive you ONCE AGAIN. please dont let them do it!

you guys have gotten a lot of great facts and links from the new assist. here (except for one obviously) and you need to use it!


IMO the plan is shaping up like this:

pump up this new med mj SCAM company Organic Science,

place one of their croonies on the board (JOSH WARD - one of Tom's peeps is already listed on the website as one of the scam artists. for more info on that guy search his name here on the IMAI board.)

then he will do a "A Rollup (also "Roll-up" or "Roll up")" and combine this POS company with another POS company they control.

likely, then they will try to get all of the HESG kool aid drinkers somehow.

all they have to do is a reverse split on HESG, then merge the two companies and start over trying to get new money since everyone here will have lost basically EVERYTHING at that point.

of course, there could be many diff ways for them to close out the HESG ATM and move all of the people feeding money into it over to the new company, but i will leave it to more experienced members to discover and discuss all the horrible possibilities.


there are already great people constantly posting warnings.

but, this new plan has bothered me beyond belief because they are going to continue to give my beloved MMJ industry a horrible horrible reputation.

and, i would like to try to save as many as possible from losing more money.

but, cant force anyone, so, just, FYI.
