Ahh Come on now, you sound just like OOObama, "uhuh Thats George Bush Problem". I'm a conservative Bush is not, I don't believe in Government spending on anything but infrastructure and defence. Yes that includes BEHL but what the heck if the government is going to give money away why not take it. Why because it just creates a more dependent nation on the government nipple!
